I attended the open studios kick off party for the Verge Center of the Arts this Thursday night! It was a very fun event to go to. There were so many different artists showcasing their work throughout the building. It was a full house and there were so many different mediums of art styles on display. From paint on canvas to sculptures and print photography, there was something for everyone.
I personally really enjoyed Danielle Wogulis who has a showcase of her work entitled “Killer Flora from the Bowels of the Earth!!” Her work utilized vibrant colors, Everything was bright and felt alive.
Some work was for sale and some was just displayed, but everything was wonderful to look at and enjoy. I had a great time.
